Meet the Team

Ewa - Dental Assistant

I have been working at East Rock Dental for over twenty years. I enjoy working with a great team of people. I love interacting with our wonderful patients which fosters pleasant relationships. I could say that East Rock Dental is my second family. In my free time, I like to travel, camp, hike, and ski.

Grace - Office Manager

I have been enjoying assisting the doctors at East Rock Dental as well as helping our patients maintain their beautiful smiles since 2000. Throughout the years our patients have been a great inspiration to me.Listening to their stories and seeing them entrusting to us not only themselves but also their children and grandchildren is truly special. Outside the office, I love to bake, work in my garden and take care of my parrot, Felix. Above all, I always look forward to spending time with my grown children and traveling to Acadia National Park with my husband.

Sallie - Dental Hygienist

Sallie Pasqualucci, Registered Dental Hygienist, graduated from the University of Bridgeport, Fones School of Dental Hygiene in 1982 and 1984 with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.  She has been providing dental hygiene care to patients in the Yale community and the Greater New Haven area for thirty-seven years.  Professionally, she has experience working in periodontics, general dentistry, and teaching dental hygiene.  Sallie prides herself on, “doing the right thing for patients”, giving the highest moral standard of care, with God as her mentor. She feels that each patient deserves an honest, thorough dental cleaning and exam as if they were members of her own family.

In addition to working in private practice for decades, she currently teaches for Goodwin College in East Hartford, CT and has taught for the former Lincoln College of New England in Southington, CT.  Through the years, she has had the good fortune of preparing dental hygiene students to serve the clinical needs of different populations of the community, as well as mentor them in ways to educate the public about oral health and disease prevention. Together with the students, her teaching has reached all levels of school-age children, senior citizens, veterans, the developmentally disabled, the alcohol and drug addicted, and the lower income populations of Connecticut. She has been a spokesperson for Oral-B Braun Toothbrush. She is a member of the CT Dental Hygiene Association, a regular volunteer for the CT Mission of Mercy, and an active parishioner of her church, St. Rose of Lima in Newtown, CT. Lastly, she prides herself in being an alumna of Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden, CT.

Sallie devotes herself to her boyfriend Louis, three children, Gabriel, Juliana and Isabella, her elderly mother, and her pets.  In her spare time she loves to be with her family, exercise, decorate and garden.
